I was inspired by Reshma's post about weight loss and her suggestions for home-based recipes. After years of wanting to get fit, I decided to take the plunge and called Reshma. Her positivity and encouragement motivated me to start my journey.


With Reshma's guidance, I followed a strict diet plan and incorporated daily walks and exercise into my routine.
