#PULAFridayReview
I had been reading reviews of Pula for almost a year, but I was hesitant to join. I had tried so many diets in the past, and the fear of “What if I fail again?” always held me back.
In March 2025, I decided to take a small step toward discipline by eating only twice a day. It helped me lose around 2-3 kgs, but soon enough, the weight loss stopped.
By August, I finally gathered the courage to at least speak to someone—and that’s when I reached out to Reshma Ma’am. I told her very honestly that the timing felt impossible: I had festivals coming up, office workload, home responsibilities… everything. And I kept postponing because I wasn’t sure it was the “right time.”
She calmed me down beautifully and said, “You’ll know when it’s the right time. Just start.”
That reassurance stayed with me, and I began my journey just before the Ganesh Festival.
A big thanks to my daughter too—she encouraged me and reminded me that starting during the busiest, most festive month was actually a brave decision.
What surprised me the most was how quickly I started seeing change. The first week itself showed results, and that was my biggest motivation! The diet was simple, practical, and perfectly manageable even with a hectic work–home schedule. And most importantly—I never felt starved.
Of course, the journey wasn’t without challenges: festivals, fasting, office dinners, travel, Diwali… and more! 😊 But every time I slipped or worried, Reshma Ma’am guided me with tips, motivation, and constant support. That made all the difference.
One of the happiest moments came last month when I fit into a trouser from 10 years ago—two sizes smaller! I can’t express how good that felt.
I’m not just happy about the way I look now. The real win is how I feel: lighter, fitter, with more energy—and a lot less pain. It’s like getting a newer, happier version of myself.
This journey has been transformative for me, and I’m truly gratefulto fitness Naturo for the guidance, encouragement, and the push I needed at the right time.
