Shweta Yadav


 14 kilos down in about 14 weeks — and a journey that was far from perfect, but absolutely worth it.


When I started Reshma Maam’s program, I had a demanding work schedule, fell sick with fever and cold, celebrated the New Year, and even took a one-week vacation. I had initially signed up for a 16-week plan and had to pause a few times along the way.


What surprised me the most was that even during those pauses, my weight never bounced back — it stayed stable. That itself was incredibly motivating and showed me how sustainable the plan truly is.


Beyond the numbers on the scale, I experienced

* consistent fat loss

* clearer skin

* better stamina and endurance

* a lighter, more energetic body


Grateful to Reshma Maam for guiding me patiently through this journey and helping me come back on track every time life got in the way.


Sometimes progress isn’t perfect — but it is still progress.
